IBP will only store your Personal Data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes set out below.
The badge for this event is personal and non-transferable as long as its acceptance does not violate your organization's rules or internal policies.
Included in conference registration: the fee includes participation in the entire conference and exhibition program. All other costs involved in participating in the event (food, transportation, parking, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the participant.
Included in the exhibition registration: the free ticket to visit the exhibition includes entry to the event fair only, without access to the technical content of the congress. All other costs involved in participating in the event (food, transportation, parking, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the participant.

Cancellation: refund requests will be accepted when made within 7 days of purchase. After this period, payment refunds will not be made. When relevant, the refund will take place between 30 and 60 days after the notice of cancellation. To request the cancellation of a registration send an e-mail to eventos@ibp.org.br.
Participant change: to change the name of the participant, send an e-mail to eventos@ibp.org.br with the change request, until September 3, 2025. Badge rotation is expressly prohibited.
Invoice: invoices will be issued after payment has been verified and will be available for download in the client's logged-in area.
Certificate: the certificate of participation will be issued after the event only for conference participants and will be available in the participant's logged-in area.
